Alright, I just want to get a feel for how many folks on this website have been secretly playing Dawn of War and its expansions like I have. First of all you should all be ashamed for not playing FPS games, but since the site has expanded, you have been forgiven. I was forgiven a long time ago because, well just because and thats all you need to know.

Any of the expansions count as well, but if you're anyone who knows the game, you own either the first 2 or all 3. Owning Dark Crusade by itself is worthless without all of the armies unlocked.

Tell us what you like about the game.

My friend is a huge Warhammer 40k fan. He reads the books and whatnot, but he doesn't build and paint the armies or anything, so it's ok. He got me into these games and man I haven't turned back since. The first RTS I played and liked was C&C Generals. And that's all I would swear by. All the other RTS games made me sick and I found them to be stupid. Dawn of War changed that for me. I love every aspect of the game ESPECIALLY the gratuitous gore and violence. I love it all.

I have also created the first and only clan on RTSB devoted to Dawn of War. It's not a free for all, so I might reject you if you're not cool enough or something.
